So I have always been a fan of video game music. Great audio design is just as powerful if not more powerful than great graphics when it comes to video games. With that here is the first installment of game track of the week.
Game: Need for Speed II Special Edition

Released in 1997 on the PC and PS1 Need for speed 2 SE is one of BEST games in the long running series. The PC version of NFS 2 SE also supported 3dfx Glide and made for a superior gaming experience on a PC equipped with a 3dfx graphics card. There are however Glide wrappers that will allow non 3dfx cards to run the game with 3d acceleration.
