Yup there is a new android statue making
its presence known on the lawn of Google HQ. A giant Kit Kat Android statue to
be exact. This can only mean one thing; the next version of android is on the
horizon. In fact Google already made it official so you can get the low down
right here
and a nice illustration of the version history here. It seems this is a mutual
agreement between Nestle and Google as the candy makers are already pumping out
android branding treats and coupons for Android devices. Well looks like the
entire interwebs got this one wrong as we were all gunning for the name key
lime pie. I guess Google pulled a fast one on us! Anyway no word yet on key
features or even a release date but expect that to change in the coming weeks.
